No more leaking gas. Check out our fiberglass mortar. These mortars are as safe as HDPE, but cost less and weigh a lot less.
The bottom of the mortar has a clay plug that is covered with epoxy resin on the inside of the tube for added strength.
The mouth of the tube also has a thicker wall. These extra reinforcements prevent the end of the tube from shrinking inward due to the inside/outside air
pressure differences as the shell leaves the mortar. These high quality mortars can be assembled into racks for finales, hand fire, and/or electronic
fire shows. The mortars are color coded so no similar diameters have the same color. Lighten your equipment load.
These mortars have been tested and approved by the NFPA (National Fire Protection Agency) and the AFSL (American Firework Standard Laboratory) for use in firework displays.
